Grand Rapids already has plenty of design studios and national retainers. Kentwood Tech Lab exists for the other pile: the restaurant site that broke in October, the clinic form that never reached the inbox, the contractor still sending people to a Facebook page. We help with the whole picture: the website, local search, Google Maps, photos, and social profiles that help customers decide to get in touch.
The name is local on purpose. We work from Kentwood because that is where we are, and because West Michigan businesses deserve someone who understands 28th Street traffic, winter hours, and a customer checking you from the car.
The work is unglamorous in the best way. Diagnose, repair, write things down, and stay reachable. When a rebuild is the honest answer, we will say so. When a two-day fix will do, we will say that too.
